DMCA.pro may, but are under no obligation to, honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:

Non-delivery of the service: We do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions, but depending on the reason may grant you a refund if you request it. Concerning one-time takedowns, if we are unable to remove at least 50% of the links you hired us to remove, we will give you a full refund at your request.
